The Business Education Leadership Conference involved some 200+ high school students from the Tri-Cities area, in a day of leadership competitions wrapped together with some professional workshops for students to better understand what the real world of work is all about. I judged Web page design and 3D modeling, providing insights into better design - with a focus on target audience, and answering questions about career pathways.
Home Computer Security 2 Hour Review
Group presentation in a home environment. Q&A session about best practices for securing a home computer. Essential computer applications; where to find, how to install and configure and how to keep software current. Includes anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blocking, and spyware software.
